Getting to the Ball

Sequoia

The Sequoia Restaurant is located in the Georgetown Harbour at 3000 K Street, NW in Washington, DC. There are three entrances to the Sequoia: front entrance off K Street and through the parking garage.

  • From I-295 (Maryland)
    Take the New York Avenue exit and follow New York Avenue. After passing N. Capitol, stay in the middle lane. Continue on New York Avenue until 3 lanes veer to the right onto L Street. Stay in the left lane. Follow L Street to 9th Street. Make a left on 9th and stay in the right lane. Take the 2nd right onto K Street and follow 3000 K Street.
  • From I-395 (DC-VA)
    Take the Maine Avenue exit and go straight through all lights. Pass the Washington Monument. Maine Avenue turns into Constitution Avenue. Follow under the Memorial Bridge, then follow the signs to the Kennedy Center. Pass the Kennedy Center and take the K Street exit (2nd right off the ramp). DO NOT TAKE WHITEHURST FREEWAY!!
  • From I-495 (No. Va, Key Bridge, GW Parkway)
    Take 495 to the GW Parkway. Take right off ramp at the Key Bridge Exit. Cross Key Bridge. Bridge ends at M Street. Turn right on M Street. Turn right onto Wisconsin Avenue which dead ends on K Street. Turn Left on K Street and follow to 3000 K Street on the right.
  • From Memorial Bridge
    Cross Memorial Bridge and loop around to the right - following signs for the Kennedy Center. Pass the Kennedy Center and make the first right onto the ramp after Virginia Avenue. AT top of the exit ramp, turn right onto K Street (Under Whitehurst Freeway).
  • From 14th Street Bridge
    Follow 14th Street north to K Street. Turn Left on K Street. Follow K Street to 3000 K Street on the left.
  • From I-270 (Gaithersburg/Rockville)
    Take 270 to 495 toward Northern Virginia. Get off at the George Washington Parkway, and follow for about 9-10 miles to the Key Bridge. Cross Key Bridge into Georgetown, and turn right onto M Street. Turn right on Wisconsin Avenue which dead ends on K Street. Turn Left on K Street and follow to 3000 K Street on the right.
  • From MacArthur Boulevard
    Follow MacArthur Boulevard to Reservoir Road and follow Reservoir Road to Wisconsin Avenue. Turn Right on Wisconsin Avenue. Turn Right on Wisconsin Avenue which dead ends on K Street. Turn Left on K Street and follow to 3000 K Street on the right.
  • From Wisconsin Avenue
    Take Wisconsin Avenue and cross over M Street. Wisconsin Avenue dead ends on K Street. Turn Left on K Street and follow to 3000 K Street on the right.
  • From Connecticut Avenue
    Get on the Rock Creek Parkway south, and follow to the Georgetown exit to K Street. Follow K Street to 3000 K Street (Under Whitehurst Freeway).

Parking

The entrance to the garage (Colonial Parking) is off of K Street, near 30th Street. The garage is directly below the restaurant. Guests should park on the P2 level, near the elevator marked "Sequoia", which goes directly into the restaurant. (There are signs directing cars through the garage to this area). We will have coat check available in the garage itself (as well as in our coat room, on level E).

Coat Check

Coat check will be available upon entering the Sequoia. There will also be a coat check in the Sequoia parking garage for those driving to the Ball. If you drive - PLEASE use the coat check in the parking garage.


Contact Info

The Clean Fuels Foundation is honored to once again serve as the organizing host for what should be our most exciting event yet.
